CORPORATE All our packages include the background music of your choice, leading up to the formalities and then onto the dancing. Requests given by you and your guests are always welcome. Our sound system is one of the most advanced you’ll find throughout Southern Oregon – professionally cased, with a wireless microphone and a library of over 35,000 songs. Your DJ/MC will dress appropriately for the event, whether you request formal attire or clothes for a particular theme. With this package comes a highly trained MC who has many years of experience making announcements, playing interactive games, and hosting awards ceremonies. Your experienced MC is capable of keeping a timeline, and most importantly is skilled at reading a crowd and infusing just the right energy and music to keep your party from feeling slow. This package covers up to 5 hours of event time. Employee Relations Package $950 Includes everything from the Corporate package, plus a 9’X12’ projection video screen that plays your company logo, live footage of the event, computer animation during dancing and a video montage of the employees of your company. The montage is produced by our video production facility using up to 100 photos supplied by you. 10 copies of the DVD are included, cased with a full color cover, to keep or give as door prizes to your employees. Along with having an amazing evening with your employees, our hope is that everyone will leave the party feeling good about what they do and where they work. ADD-ONS: Have your company logo in lights on the dance floor, wall, or ceiling. We will take your company logo and have a custom metal plate made to use with our specialized lighting. Your plate can be used annually at any event you host. The price is $100 per event once we have the plate. This is very impressive and will personalize your company event.
